Type of request (eg. Meeting Request, Speaking Appearance, Non-Speaking Appearance)
Location of event (meetings can be hosted at our Constituency Office or Queen's Park)
Date/time of event
Expected number of attendees
Purpose of the event/meeting
Any additional details
Due to the MPP Begum's schedule, not all requests will be filled and preference will be giving to meetings with constituents and events in Scarborough Southwest.
